THE PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

When you open an account or add account details, we need to know your personal details so that we can confirm and process your order on behalf of the school. We limit the information we store to the minimum that we need to process your order which is simply your name and your child's name(s) classes and school. If you wish you can store your address on our system to make card payment more convenient for you and an e-mail address if you tell us what it is (your school does not disclose your address or e-mail address to us).

THE WAY THIS PERSONAL INFORMATION IS USED

The information is used to process the order and complete the payment. If you have chosen to receive our newsletters and meal update, we will use your email address to do so. If you do not want us to send you such mail please tick the box on the Accounts Setting page. We will never pass on any information to any external marketing agencies

HOW WE PROTECT YOU

Our secure servers encode information you input before it is sent to us. We follow our strict GDPR Policy that we regularly review and update. This covers who on our team has access to your information and of course strictly controls general access to our secure business systems.

WHAT WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION

We may have to disclose your information to a third party payment provider in order to process your delivery, however it will not be disclosed to any organisation outside of The Farm Kitchen Limited for any purpose other than for the execution of your order.

DATA RETENTION

We are required by law to keep proper business accounting records. Once you close your account or your children leave the school we delete your e-mail and any address details, we only retain the bare minimum that is required for accounting records.
